Welsh ponies of cob type

Llanmurfin Stud is a small stud situated in the fens 12 miles from Peterborough. We concentrate on Welsh Section C ponies. Our aim is to breed quality ponies with bone and substance with the temperament and ability to go on to make good ridden ponies.

We currently have one stallion, Cathael Taran, 2004, by Gellihaf Sovereign.We have four broodmares. Estoro Posy, Gellihaf Heulwen, Llanmurfin Rhian and Dolly.Expecting four foals this Spring.
